Terms & Conditions

  1. Purpose: This agreement governs the use of the SEND4 platform by the tenant and its students.
  2. Plans: Each plan (Basic/Pro) defines limits for students, courses and personalization. Going beyond those limits requires an upgrade.
  3. Payments: Charges are billed in advance. The annual plan is non-refundable; the monthly plan requires 15 days notice to cancel renewals.
  4. Intellectual property: All tenant content remains under the tenant's ownership. The platform never reuses materials without authorization.
  5. Support: The video sessions service and the remaining services include support with a response time under 24 business hours.
