Cancellation Policy
- Monthly plans: the full billing cycle must be paid. Give 15 days notice to stop the following cycle.
- Annual plans: 12-month commitment. Partial refunds are not provided.
- Reserved room packages: reserved rooms are released 48 hours after the effective cancellation date.
